Error extracting DUNZIP.DLL followed by errors extracting remaining C.Y.A. files
This error occurs during SETUP because you have an older version of the DUNZIP.DLL file somewhere on your hard drive. It should be easy to resolve this error and get C.Y.A. installed on your system by using these instructions.

Error parsing value while running Capture or Compare or System appears to lock while running Capture or Compare
These symptoms can occur if C.Y.A. encounters a line in your registry that seems to have invalid characters. We've already updated C.Y.A. to include some special cases our customers have found since release. Download the newest version of Qualitas C.Y.A. to see if it resolves this problem on your system. The file is a self-extracting zip. Just follow the instructions in cyapatch.doc to apply the patch.
